以自制的季铵盐型木质素为模板,用热分解法在钛板制备成铂涂层。SEM分析表明,不同条件下制备的铂涂层具有多种形态特点:颗粒堆垛、颗粒网络和颗粒密排的组织结构。添加不同含量的季铵盐型木质素,可以获得多级孔,甚至网络结构的铂多孔涂层。VPt∶Vlig=4∶5,铂微粒粘连形成了三维网络结构。采用500℃热处理显示出多样性的表面形态。400℃处理的样品具有较大面积的表面空洞区域,也有更加明显的网状多孔结构。
The homemade quaternary ammonium salt type lignin was used as a template to prepare a platinum coating on a titanium plate by a thermal decomposition method. SEM analysis shows that the platinum coating prepared under different conditions has many morphological features: the structure of particle stacking, particle network and particle packing. Adding different content of quaternary ammonium salt type lignin, multi-level pores can be obtained, and even the network structure of porous platinum coating. VPt: Vlig = 4: 5, Pt particles adhere to form a three-dimensional network structure. With 500 ℃ heat treatment showed a variety of surface morphology. The sample processed at 400 ℃ has a large area of surface cavity area, and also has a more obvious network porous structure.
