目的 :观察玉桂膏改善乳癌切除术后皮瓣坏死创面血运的效果。方法 :治疗组 2 1例敷贴玉桂膏 ,并与常规外敷雷佛奴尔液纱布治疗的 1 9例作对照 ;两组均以 7天为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程结束后评定疗效。结果 :在创面色泽变化、肉芽组织生长方面 ,两组疗效相比 ,有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :玉桂膏有良好的改善创面血运的作用
Objective: To observe the effect of Yu Gui Gui on improving the blood supply of the wounds after necrotic flap skin flap. Methods: Twenty-one patients in the treatment group were treated with jade paste, and the control group was treated with routine topical levenurin gauze. In both groups, one course was given for 7 days and the effect was evaluated after the completion of the two courses. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in the change of the color of the wound and the growth of the granulation tissue (P <0.01). Conclusion: Yu Gui paste has a good effect of improving wound blood supply
