本文讨论了模糊(兼智能)控制在辊道窑温度控制系统中的应用。在实际控制中,作者总结了有经验工人的操作规律,结合理论指导,且经反复现场修改获得了一个行之有效的控制查询表,特别是提出了一种有效的实现积分作用,但又能防止积分饱和及去除积分饱和的方法,把部分智能判断结合进模糊调节器中,设计出一个模糊(兼智能)的调节器,并把它作为主调节器构成了模糊智能—PID串级系统。经过在工厂的实际应用证明该系统是先进而且有效的。
This paper discusses the application of fuzzy (and intelligent) control in the roller kiln temperature control system. In the actual control, the author summarizes the operating rules of experienced workers, combined with theoretical guidance, and after repeated on-site access to an effective control of the questionnaire, in particular, put forward an effective integration of the role, but can To prevent the integral saturation and remove the integral saturation, a part of intelligent judgment is integrated into the fuzzy regulator to design a fuzzy (and intelligent) regulator and use it as the main regulator to form fuzzy intelligence-PID cascade system. After the actual application in the factory to prove that the system is advanced and effective.
