我校在初三、高三年级试行年级组负责制管理一年的基础上,去年九月全校六个年级全部实行了年级组负责制,改变了学校内部沿袭了多年的教研组负责制为主的管理,实现了“教研组、年级组并存,以年级组为主的年级教师集体负责制”,即“年级组负责制”,把年级组办成学校教育实体。年级组负责制实行以来,学校结构发生了变化,教育主要因素之一的教师进行了重新组合,产生了新的功能,优化了学校管理,
