张某某,男性,53岁,上海市人,住院号479107。患者平时身体健康,1987年11月作静脉肾盂造影时,感到心悸、胸闷。当地医院测血压110/0mmHg(左上肢),50/0mmHg(右上肢),下肢血压未测,拟诊主动脉关闭不全、多发性大动脉炎转我院,否认有高血压,头、胸、背、腹痛史。近2～3年常有右手不温、麻木等感觉。其父身体颀长,于1960年心脏病猝死。3个儿子体格均正常。体格检查:瘦长型,身高1.73m,皮下脂肪少,指距1.83m,双眼高度近视,
