目的了解遂昌县医疗机构消毒卫生状况,为改进消毒卫生质量与管理提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检验方法,对县辖区内医疗机构消毒与灭菌现状进行了监测。结果2003~2008年连续6年共检测样品4600份,总平均合格率为91.6%。医院科室内物体表面消毒质量合格率为93.3%,医护人员手卫生质量合格率为89.6%,使用中消毒液合格率为98.5%,医疗器械无菌合格率为96.8%,室内空气质量合格率为65.3%。结论遂昌县医疗机构的消毒卫生质量总体较好,室内空气质量有待改善,无菌器械质量应加强灭菌管理。
Objective To understand the sanitation status of medical institutions in Suichang County and provide the basis for improving the quality and management of disinfection and sanitation. Methods The field investigation and sampling test methods were used to monitor the status of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in the county area. Results A total of 4600 samples were tested for 6 consecutive years from 2003 to 2008, with a total average passing rate of 91.6%. The qualified rate of hand hygiene quality of medical staff was 89.6%, the passing rate of disinfectant in use was 98.5%, the sterile pass rate of medical equipment was 96.8%, the passing rate of indoor air quality was 65.3%. Conclusion Suichang health care facilities in general better disinfection and health quality, indoor air quality needs to be improved, the quality of sterile equipment should be strengthened sterilization management.
