凡能激活机体免疫潜能细胞,并能与产生的相应抗体或免疫效应淋巴细胞起特异结合或特异反应的物质称为抗原。根据近代免疫学理论,抗原进入机体后与免疫细胞表面的抗原受体相结合,进而发生一系列的免疫反应过程。因此一种物质是不是抗原,一方面要看机体有没有相应的免疫潜能细胞,另一方面要看该物质本身的生物物理和生物化学性质。本文主要讨论蛋白质抗原的一些免疫学性质。
Who can activate the body’s immune cells, and can produce the corresponding antibody or immune effector lymphocytes from the specific binding or specific reaction of the material is called antigen. According to modern immunology theory, the antigen enters the body and binds to the antigen receptors on the surface of immune cells, and then a series of immune reaction processes occur. Therefore, a substance is not an antigen, on the one hand depends on whether the body has the corresponding immune potential cells, on the other hand look at the material itself biophysical and biochemical properties. This article focuses on some of the immunological properties of protein antigens.
