通过高温熔烧法在工业纯钛TA3表面制备出不同羟基磷灰石含量的羟基磷灰石与生物玻璃的复合涂层 (简称HA/BG) .对复合涂层的微观组织结构进行了研究 .结果表明 ,所制生物玻璃在高温处理的过程中会析出六方柱状的HA晶体 ;复合涂层具有粗糙表面 ,存在很多开放性气孔 .随着HA原始含量的增加 ,复合涂层的致密度明显降低 ,而复合涂层中HA相的衍射峰强度变化不大 .
The composite coating of hydroxyapatite and bioglass (HA / BG) with different content of hydroxyapatite was prepared on the surface of industrial pure titanium TA3 by high temperature melting method.The microstructure of composite coating was studied. The results show that the hexagonal columnar HA crystals are precipitated in the prepared bioglass during the high temperature treatment. The composite coating has a rough surface with many open pores, and the density of the composite coating decreases obviously with the increase of the HA content , While the diffraction peak intensity of the HA phase in the composite coating did not change much.
