In this paper, the calculation results of the molecular electrostatic potential of B-DNA self-complementary d-polymer sequence d (CpGpCpOpApApTpTpCpOpCpG) are described. The effect of this structure on performance is discussed. These results are related to the nature of their crystals. It is especially noticed that the electrostatic potential of the helix of the oligonucleotide is deeper than the end of the oligonucleotide. This is a general characteristic of a helix that is so short, and not related to the base sequence, but has an important relationship with the reactivity of DNA oligomers.
