办好人民满意的高等教育,高校基层党组织负有重要使命,而近年来高校却屡见不鲜的出现学生素养低下、师德缺失等现象。笔者通过众多师生教育案例剖析了高校思想教育引导工作乏力的症结所在,在此基础上进一步参阅相关文献并结合教育工作的实践进行探析高校基层党建工作问题。研究认为,思想教育引导工作应当成为高校基层党建的落脚点,也是其它工作的重要前提和基础,更是人才培养质量提升的最直接、最有效、最具说服力的途径。
To run satisfactorily the higher education of the people, the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities have an important mission, and in recent years colleges and universities have seen the phenomenon of low-quality students and lack of teachers’ ethics. Based on a large number of teacher-student education cases, the author analyzes the crux of the weak guidance in ideological education in colleges and universities. On the basis of this, I further consulted the relevant literature and combined with the practice of educational work to analyze the work of the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities. The study holds that the guidance of ideological education should be the foothold of the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities and also an important prerequisite and foundation for other work. It is also the most direct, effective and persuasive way to enhance the quality of personnel training.
