目前财税专业的传统人才培养模式是“理论+实践”的模式,这种培养模式较多的侧重基本理论和知识的学习,难以在此基础上进一步构建财税应用型创新人才教育模式。本研究试图以培养财税应用型创新人才为目标,提出一套与人才需求相适应的人才培养模式,即“理论+实践+理论”的人才培养模式,并为未来我国财税应用型创新人才培养模式改革提出建议。
At present, the traditional personnel training mode of finance and taxation specialty is a model of “theory + practice”.
