为了研究滤泡树突状细胞 (FDC)在生发中心 (GC) B细胞分化过程中的功能 ,我们建立了一个体外实验模型以模仿体内的GC反应。利用这个细胞培养系统 ,我们描绘了FDC和激活的T细胞各自显然不同的作用。FDC的主要作用是防止GC B细胞凋亡和支持它们增殖 ,然而激活的T细胞则通过提供CD4 0L和细胞因子而导致GC B细胞分化。再者 ,我们识别了两个FDC信息分子 ,它们能导致GC B细胞在体外和体内的增殖
To investigate the role of follicular dendritic cells (FDC) during germinal center (GC) B cell differentiation, we established an in vitro experimental model to mimic the GC response in vivo. Using this cell culture system, we depict a distinctly different role for each of FDC and activated T cells. The primary role of FDC is to prevent GC B cell apoptosis and to support their proliferation, whereas activated T cells lead to GC B cell differentiation by providing CD4OL and cytokines. Again, we identified two FDC information molecules that can cause GC B cells to proliferate both in vitro and in vivo
