该项目证明 ,微生物渗透率剖面调整(MPPM)技术通过在常规水驱采油的注入水中加入氮和含磷培养基可有效提高原油采收率。MPPM技术不仅将这一油田的经济开采期限延长了 60~ 137个月 ,而且经预测还可多采出 6360 0~ 95 4 0 0m3 ( 4 0× 10 4 ~60×10 4 bbl)原油。产液组分出现的化学变化表明油藏未波及区含有原油。从开始注培养基后 2 2个月内所钻井岩心的微生物数量增多 ,证明微生物确实发生了作用
This project demonstrates that microbial permeability profile modification (MPPM) technology can effectively enhance oil recovery by adding nitrogen and phosphorus-containing media to injection waters of conventional waterflooding. The MPPM technology not only extended the economic exploitation period of this field by 60 to 137 months, but it also predicted that 6360 0 ~ 95 4 0 0 m3 (4 0 × 10 4 ~ 60 × 10 4 bbl) crude oil could be recovered more. The chemical changes that occur in the liquid components show that the oil in the unswept zone contains crude oil. The increase in the number of microorganisms in the core drilled within the first 2 to 2 months after starting the culture medium proves that the microorganisms did indeed act
