1975年5月,我公社星仔岗大队出现小儿百日咳病约70多例,其中黄坑生产队就有20多例,部分合并肺炎,严重影响儿童健康及农业生产。开始曾用抗菌素或草药白兰花糖浆、葶苈子、土麦冬糖浆治疗,效果均不理想。7月中旬,改用风粟壳糖浆进行治疗,最初试验6例痉咳期的病儿,第一天服药后,症状明显减轻,连服五天,全部治愈,其中1例服药三天治愈。我们总结了经验,采用集中制药,送药上门,全面进行治疗,经过五天的治疗,该大队基本扑灭了百日咳病。现将临床治疗45例的结果小结如下:
In May 1975, there were more than 70 cases of pediatric whooping cough in Xingzanggang Brigade in our commune. Among them, there were more than 20 cases in Huangkeng production team and pneumoconiosis in some cases, seriously affecting children’s health and agricultural production. Beginning with antibiotics or herbal white orchid syrup, razor clam, turmeric winter syrup treatment, the effect is not satisfactory. In mid-July, the change to the use of gastropods syrup treatment, the initial test of 6 cases cough cough sick children, the first day of medication, the symptoms were significantly reduced, and even for five days, all cured, of which 1 case cured three days. We summed up the experience, the use of concentrated pharmaceuticals, home delivery, comprehensive treatment, after five days of treatment, the group basically put an end to pertussis disease.
