为了解准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)对眼部特异性和非特异性免疫功能的影响,测定了48人(96眼)PRK手术前后泪液免疫球蛋白IgA,IgG,IgM和补体C3的含量.结果发现:术后最初3d,3种免疫球蛋白和补体C3含量普遍降低,至术后6d时其均值接近术前水平,而IgA则高出术前水平.至半月时,IgA含量仍高于术前(P<0.01),补体C3含量则明显低于术前水平.结果表明:准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后初期,泪液中Ig和C3含量有一个较明显的下降过程.术后早期预防性应用有效抗生素实属必要.
To determine the effect of excimer laser keratotomy (PRK) on ocular-specific and nonspecific immune function, tear immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3 levels were measured in 48 (96) PRK patients before and after surgery. The results showed that the content of three kinds of immunoglobulin and complement C3 generally decreased in the first 3 days after operation, reaching the preoperative level on the 6th day after surgery, while IgA was higher than the preoperative level. At half a month, IgA level was still higher than preoperative (P <0.01), and C3 level was significantly lower than preoperative levels. The results show that there is a significant decrease of Ig and C3 contents in tear fluid in the early stage of excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy. Early prophylactic use of effective antibiotics is necessary.
