茵陈蒿汤是治疗黄疸的名方,由茵陈蒿、栀子和大黄等三味药物组成。方中茵陈主清热利湿,解肝胆之郁;伍栀子以增强清热,利胆、退黄;佐大黄以荡热、去积,使二便通利而除腹满。通过上述配伍以体现其在清热、利湿、退黄等药效上的协同作用。近年来的实验指出:茵陈、桅子、和大黄均有一定的利胆效用,但大多是对单味药的研究。为了瞭解茵陈蒿汤及其组成药味在方剂中的药理作用,本文利用正交设计法就其对狗胆汁流量和奥迪氏括约肌张力的影响,进行了初步的实验观察。结果发现茵陈蒿汤具有促进狗的胆汁流量和降低奥迪氏括约肌张力
Yinchenhao soup is a famous recipe for the treatment of jaundice. It consists of three kinds of medicines, such as artemisinin, medlar and rhubarb. Fang Zhongchen main heat and dampness, the solution of liver and gallbladder Yufu; Wu Yanzi to enhance heat, gallbladder, retreat yellow; Zuohuang to heat, to the plot, so that the two will be compatriots and abdomen full. Through the above compatibility to reflect its synergy in the efficacy of heat, dampness, yellowing and other effects. Experiments in recent years have pointed out that capillaris, wolfberry, and rhubarb all have certain beneficial effects on gallbladder, but most of them are researches on single herb. In order to understand the pharmacological effects of Yinchenhao Decoction and its constituents in the prescriptions, preliminary experimental observations were carried out using the orthogonal design method on the bile flow in dogs and the sphincter tone of Oddi’s sphincter. Results showed that Yinchenhao Decoction promotes bile flow in dogs and reduces the sphincter tone of Oddi.
