Objective To investigate the incidence of traumatic dural venous sinus thrombosis (DVST) in patients with high-risk acute closed head injury by multi-slice spiral CT venography. Materials and Methods The study followed HIPAA and was approved by the institutional review board without the need for informed consent. review
