2015年,怀柔区园林绿化局以APEC期间形成的绿化建设成果为基础,围绕重点工程增绿,治理工程添彩,产业发展与生态保护并重的原则。通过规划建绿、挖潜增绿、发展生态林业、民生林业,进一步扩大绿化空间,提高绿化整体管护水平,有效地增强区域生态功能。目前,全区林木绿化率达到78.44%,森林覆盖率达到56.06%,较上一年度分别增加0.74和1.98个百分点。一、主要做法(一)规划建绿,完善生态布局
