经国家科教领导小组批准,科技部拟在“十五”期间组织实施12项重大科技专项（以下简称“专项”）,以突出重点,集中有限资源,力争在我国的若干领域取得重大突破。为确保专项的顺利启动实施,加强对专项的科学化、规范化管理和协调运作,经研究并征求各方面的意见,科技部日前印发了《关于重大科技专项启动实施若干问题的意见》（以下简称《意见》）。
With the approval of the State Science and Education Leading Group, the Ministry of Science and Technology intends to organize the implementation of 12 major scientific and technological projects (hereinafter referred to as the “special projects”) during the “Tenth Five-year Plan” to highlight key points and concentrate limited resources so as to make major breakthroughs in several fields in our country. In order to ensure the successful implementation of special projects and strengthen the scientific, standardized management and coordination of special operations, the Ministry of Science and Technology recently issued the Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Start-up and Implementation of Major Scientific and Technological Projects (hereinafter referred to as the “ ”opinion").
