目的:研究国人锥细胞的正常值特征。方法:利用条状视标的刺激方法,通过颜色对比分离正常人(54眼)锥细胞的闪烁阈值。结果:正常人锥细胞的闪烁阈值与性别、眼别无关,但与年龄因素明显相关。结论:设计了运动觉测量方法,为进一步推广应用建立了正常参考值。
Objective: To study the normal characteristics of Chinese cones. Methods: Striking thresholds of normal human (54 eyes) cone cells were separated by color contrast using strip-like stimulus. Results: The normal human cone cell flicker threshold has nothing to do with sex, eyes, but age-related factors. Conclusion: The method of motion estimation is designed and a normal reference value is established for further application.
