Guangxi is located in the northern hemisphere low latitude, a subtropical monsoon climate zone, vulnerable to atmospheric circulation in the southern hemisphere. Analysis of the relationship between the atmospheric circulation in the southern hemisphere and drought and flood in Guangxi is one of the important tasks in the search for precursors of drought and flood.
