一、居室面积、户型和户室比问题 近来,建筑界对住宅设计问题展开了热烈的讨论。在讨论中,许多同志就居室面积、户型和户室比问题发表了意見。这个问题是住宅标准中的主要问题。对这个问题的争论,反映了建筑界在住宅建设中谋求如何更好地解决经济可能性与人生活需要之间的矛盾,近期和远期之间的矛盾。 关于居室面积、户型和户窒比问题,我们基本上同意何重义同志的意见(見建筑学报1961年10期)。居室面积过大过小都有它的缺点。
First, the area of the house, family size and household ratio problem Recently, the construction industry has initiated heated discussions on the issue of residential design. During the discussion, many comrades expressed their opinions on the area of residence, the type of apartment and the ratio of households to households. This issue is a major issue in residential standards. The controversy over this issue reflects the contradiction between the economic possibilities and the needs of people in the construction industry, and the contradiction between the recent and the long-term. With regard to the issue of room size, family size, and households/towns ratio, we basically agree with the opinions of Comrade He Zhongyi (see the 10th issue of the Chinese Journal of Construction 1961). Excessive room size has its shortcomings.
