随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,大众对于建筑行业的需求也就越来越高,因此对于建筑工程行业项目技术与施工的要求也越来越高,与此同时,其风险也就越来越高。为了使得建筑工程相关管理工作更加完善,以此需要对其进行项目风险管理。本文以江西某工程为例,对案例进行分析,通过对相关建筑工程项目的施工风险进行分析,从而得到相应的防范对策。
