本文是宝钢企业现代化管理的研讨题目之一。主要介绍宝钢企业标准化作业的经验。标准化作业的主要内容包括管理方法、工作程序、工作时间、安全工作、行为动作、礼仪环境、仪表形象及基准标准的规范化。重点介绍了标准化作业的时间一效率诊断法、职工形象标准及装备标志标准化等。作者认为,标准化作业是企业现代化文明生产中保证企业生产安全、提高工作效率的有力措施。
This article is one of the research topics of Baosteel’s modern management. It mainly introduces the experience of Baosteel’s standardization operations. The main content of standardized operations includes management methods, working procedures, working hours, safety work, behavioral actions, etiquette environment, instrument image, and the standardization of benchmark standards. Focuses on time-first efficiency diagnostics for standardization operations, staff image standards, and equipment mark standardization. The author believes that standardization is a powerful measure for ensuring the safety of production and improving work efficiency in the modernized and civilized production of enterprises.
