压缩空气是仅次于电力的普及能源之一,是工业生产中应用最为广泛的第四大能源,其电能消耗占我公司能耗的8%以上。压缩空气系统用于终端的气压能,仅占输入电能的10%~30%,这使得压缩空气的使用成本大大提高。目前,公司在压缩空气系统的节能管理上,对于各压缩空气使用工况,如实际管网的输气量/压力、现场流量/压力、泄漏等,尚缺乏有效手段进行充分掌握和管控。本文通过对压缩空气系统反馈控制节能技术的探讨,提出相应改善方案,以期降低压缩空气系统的运行成本,利于公司节能管理的实施和管理水平的提升。
Compressed air is second only to electricity, one of the popular energy is the fourth most widely used industrial production of energy, the electricity consumption of our company accounted for more than 8% of energy consumption. Compressed air system for terminal pressure energy, only 10% to 30% of the input electrical energy, which makes the use of compressed air costs greatly increased. Currently, the company in the compressed air system energy-saving management, the use of compressed air conditions, such as the actual gas transmission pipe network / pressure, on-site flow / pressure, leakage, there is a lack of effective means to fully grasp and control. In this paper, the compressed air system feedback control of energy-saving technologies to explore and improve the program put forward to reduce the operating costs of compressed air systems, which will help the implementation of energy-saving management companies and improve the management level.
