目的了解苏州市健康人群A群、C群、W135群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)抗体水平状况,为流脑预防控制提供科学依据。方法 2011—2012年,在苏州市的常熟市、昆山市、相城区分年龄随机采集0~、1~、3~、6~、10~、15~、20~、40~岁8个年龄组共599份血清样本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对其进行抗体水平检测。结果苏州市2011—2012年A群、C群、W135群流脑抗体阳性率分别为80.47%(482/599)、74.12%(444/599)、45.38%(270/599)。流脑A群抗体阳性率以0~岁组最低,为48.89%(22/45),15~岁年龄组最高,阳性率为90.48%(57/63)。流脑C群抗体阳性率以0~岁组最低,为48.89%(22/45),6~岁组最高,阳性率为88.24%(30/34)。流脑W135群抗体阳性率以0~岁组最低,为20.45%(9/44),3~岁组最高,阳性率为52.00%(52/100)。常熟市流脑A群抗体阳性率69.02%(127/184);流脑C群阳性率69.02%(127/184);流脑W135群阳性率35.56%(64/180)。昆山市流脑抗体A群阳性率85.16%;C群阳性率75.00%;W135群抗体阳性率44.53%。相城区A群阳性率86.16%(137/159);C群阳性率78.62%(125/159);W135群抗体阳性率57.86%(92/159)。结论苏州市人群对A群,C群流脑具有较高的免疫力,A群、C群和W135群流脑抗体水平均以0~岁组最低,接种率高的地区抗体水平也较高,人群对流脑W135群免疫性较低。
Objective To understand the status of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (AM) antibody in group A, group C and group W135 of healthy people in Suzhou and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of. Methods From 2011 to 2012, 8 age groups of 0 ~, 1 ~, 3 ~, 6 ~, 10 ~, 15 ~, 20 ~, 40 ~ 8 years old were randomly collected in Changshu, Kunshan and Xiangcheng districts of Suzhou city A total of 599 serum samples were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rates of meningococcal antibody in group A, group C and group W135 of Suzhou were 80.47% (482/599), 74.12% (444/599) and 45.38% (270/599) respectively from 2011 to 2012 in Suzhou City. The positive rate of meningococcal group A antibody was the lowest in 0 ~ group, 48.89% (22/45), the highest in 15 ~ age group, the positive rate was 90.48% (57/63). The positive rate of meningococcal group C antibody was the lowest in 0 ~ group, 48.89% (22/45), the highest in 6 ~ group, the positive rate was 88.24% (30/34). The positive rate of meningococcal W135 antibody was the lowest in 0 ~ group, 20.45% (9/44), the highest in 3 ~ group, the positive rate was 52.00% (52/100). The positive rate of meningococcal group A antibody was 69.02% (127/184) in Changshu. The positive rate of meningococcal C group was 69.02% (127/184). The positive rate of meningitis W135 group was 35.56% (64/180). Kunshan City, meningitis antibody group A positive rate of 85.16%; C group positive rate of 75.00%; W135 antibody positive rate of 44.53%. The positive rate of A group in Xiangcheng district was 86.16% (137/159), the positive rate of C group was 78.62% (125/159), and the positive rate of W135 antibody was 57.86% (92/159). Conclusion The population of meningitis in group A and group C of Suzhou has a high level of immunity. The levels of meningococcal antibodies in groups A, C and W135 are the lowest in 0 ~ group, and the antibody in regions with high inoculation rate is also high. The crowd convective brain W135 group immunity is low.
