实践教学是目前高职院校人才培养的主要教改思路,安徽财贸职业学院工商管理专业多年来在实践教学方面进行了深入地研究,提出了实践教学体系化改革的新模式。笔者以安徽财贸职业学院工商管理专业为例介绍了实践教学体系化结构并论述了体系化建设的意义和实施效果,意图为创新高职院校人才培养模式提供新的思路。
Practical teaching is the main tenet of teaching reform in recent years. The major of business administration in Anhui Finance and Trade Vocational College has been studied in practice teaching for many years, and put forward a new mode of systematic reform of practice teaching. This paper introduces the system structure of practice teaching and discusses the significance and implementation effect of system construction with the example of business management major of Anhui Finance and Trade Vocational College. The intention is to provide new ideas for the innovation of personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges.
