终末期肾病是各种肾脏疾病不断进展、恶化的最后共同通路 ,如何减慢或阻止肾脏疾病的慢性进展 ,一直是肾脏病界研究的最重要课题之一。近年的研究认为肾素 血管紧张素系统 (RAS)在肾脏病的慢性进展中起着非常重要的作用 ,阻断RAS是目前保护肾脏的主要措施之一。本文重点对肾素 血管紧张素系统抑制剂在临床应用方面的问题作一综述
End-stage renal disease is the last common pathway for the progression and worsening of various kidney diseases. How to slow down or stop the chronic progression of kidney disease has been one of the most important topics in the study of kidney disease. Recent studies suggest that the renin-angiotensin system (RAS) plays a very important role in the chronic progression of kidney disease. Blocking RAS is one of the main measures to protect the kidneys. This article focuses on the renin-angiotensin system inhibitors in the clinical application of the problems are reviewed
