目前叉车铸钢转向桥体国内没有相关产品,生产厂家都采用传统的焊接式转向桥体。铸造转向桥体具有经济性好、易批量生产等特点。在原有焊接式叉车转向桥体的基础上,设计开发了一种新型的铸钢叉车转向桥体。建立了力学模型,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0,将铸钢设计模型与原有的焊接式叉车转向桥进行强度、刚度对比分析计算,有限元分析表明,该铸造式叉车转向桥体满足要求。指出虽然两种转向桥体的重量相差无几,但铸钢桥体的制造成本要低,且适合批量生产,只是应注意避免存在铸造缺陷。
The current forklift cast steel steering bridge body no related products, manufacturers use the traditional welding steering bridge. Cast steering bridge with good economy, easy mass production and so on. Based on the original welding forklift steering bridge, a new type of steel forklift steering bridge was designed and developed. The mechanical model was established. The strength and stiffness of the cast steel design model were compared with those of the existing welded forklift steering axle by finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0. The finite element analysis showed that the steering forklift meet the requirements . It is pointed out that although the weight of the two steering bridges is almost the same, the manufacturing cost of the cast steel bridge is lower and suitable for mass production. Only care should be taken to avoid casting defects.
