我国中小企业在财务管理方面存在的问题是由宏观经济环境和自身双重因素造成的。中小企业的经营规模小、抵御市场风险的能力差、资金经营的能力差、投资能力较弱,且缺乏科学性等决定了它通过市场融资资信很低的特点。财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,财务管理直接关系到企业的生存与发展。文章就中小企业在财务管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策建议。
The problems in the financial management of SMEs in China are caused by the dual factors of the macroeconomic environment and its own. Small and medium-sized enterprises have a small scale of operations, poor ability to withstand market risks, poor ability to operate funds, weak investment capacity, and lack of scientificity, which determine the characteristics of low creditworthiness through market financing. Financial management is an important part of corporate management. Financial management is directly related to the survival and development of the company. The article discusses the problems in the financial management of SMEs and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
