近日笔者偶翻《梦溪笔谈》,观书中唐朝画工吴道子所绘钟馗图像,画中钟馗头戴乌帻,脚蹬官靴,目光炯炯,左手捉鬼,右手抠鬼眼……不由联想到海关在净化外贸经营环境,保护知识产权,打击假冒商标出口行为的执法形象,觉得海关就是整顿外贸经营秩序的“钟馗”,因为他们既能打“鬼”又能驱除邪祟。
