本文研究了锻后停留时间对40CrNiMo、40Cr和45钢锻热淬火强韧化效果的影响。研究结果表明,锻后停留对强韧性影响不大。但若在停留过程中奥氏体晶粒明显长大或从奥氏体中析出铁素体,则将使强韧化效果大为降低。当有铁素体析出时,只要立即再加热至正常淬火温度淬火,仍可获得相当于锻后正常调质处理的性能。锻后允许停留时间的长短与钢中合金元素含量、终锻温度、锻件的形状和尺寸有关,可根据具体条件试验确定。
In this paper, the effect of forging residence time on the hardening and toughening effects of 40CrNiMo, 40Cr and 45 steel during forging quenching was studied. The results show that, after forging stay on toughness little effect. However, if the process of staying in the obvious growth of austenite grains or precipitation of ferrite from austenite, the toughening effect will be greatly reduced. When there is ferrite precipitation, as long as the immediate reheating to the normal quenching temperature quenching, can still be obtained after the equivalent of forging normal quenching performance. After forging allowed to stay the length of the steel alloy element content, final forging temperature, forgings shape and size, according to the specific conditions of the test.
