梯度功能材料(FGM)的数值模拟主要包括两方面的内容,一是显微结构决定的热物理性能模拟;二是FGM的设计、制备和使用性能模拟。本研究对现有的FGM热物理性能模型和梯度成分分布模型进行了系统的分析和论述,指出了其应用的局限性,概述了热应力模拟方面的研究现状,并对FGM模拟研究的关键问题和发展趋势进行了探讨
The numerical simulation of gradient functional material (FGM) mainly includes two aspects, one is the simulation of thermophysical properties determined by microstructure, and the other is the design, preparation and performance simulation of FGM. In this study, the existing models of FGM and gradient component distribution were systematically analyzed and discussed. The limitations of the application were pointed out.
