中国五矿集团公司所属五矿资源有限公司4月14日宣布,由该公司与国新国际投资有限公司、中信金属有限公司组成的联合体与Glencore Xstrata plc(嘉能可)达成收购秘鲁拉斯邦巴斯铜矿项目股权的协议,交易额为58.5亿美元,以上三方在联合体中分别持股62.5%、22.5%、15%。这是我国金属矿业史上的最大境外收购。据悉,该交易还需获得秘鲁政府、中国政府以及五矿资源股东大会的批准。如果一切顺利,有望在今年三季
China Minmetals Corporation Minmetals Resources Co., Ltd. announced on April 14 that the consortium formed by the Company with Guoxin International Investment Co., Ltd. and CITIC Metal Co., Ltd. reached an agreement with Glencore Xstrata plc (Glencore) to acquire Peruvian Russ Bass copper project stake in the agreement, the transaction amounted to 5.85 billion US dollars, the three parties in the Commonwealth, respectively, 62.5%, 22.5%, 15%. This is the largest overseas acquisition in the history of China’s metal mining industry. It is learned that the transaction needs to be approved by the Peruvian government, the Chinese government and Minmetals Resources General Assembly of shareholders.
