根据已有的设计和现场施工经验以及试验研究成果，在探讨采用砂浆锚杆对浅埋公路隧道地表进行预加固的分析方法基础上，系统地提出了该项技术的设计内容和具体设计方法，并给出了几个工程应用实例。
