现行的医院工资制度,还不能体现职工收入分配的公平性,为了医院的发展,医院应建立各种有效的机制,这是医院职工工资收入分配改革的必要条件。
The current hospital salary system still can not reflect the fairness of income distribution of workers. In order to develop the hospital, the hospital should establish various effective mechanisms, which are the necessary conditions for the reform of distribution of salary and income of hospital employees.
