主题来源:本课属于动手实践内容,通过本课学习,使学生了解餐巾花的种类、历史和作用,以及掌握餐巾花的基本折叠方法和技巧。因此我将从感受、发现、动手、创新、服务这几个循序渐进的环节入手,力求让学生在折餐巾花的过程中体验到成功的喜悦,进而提高学生的创新能力和审美情趣。因此,确立了“餐巾折花”这一综合实践活动主题,使学生进一步了解餐巾花不仅可以点缀餐台,美化席面,烘托气氛,而且也是一门艺术,更是中西文化的一种产物。
Theme Source: This course is a hands-on practice. Through this course, students will learn about the types, history and functions of napkin flowers and how to master the basic folding methods and techniques of napkin flowers. Therefore, I will start from the step-by-step process of feeling, discovering, hands-on, innovation and service, and strive to make students experience the joy of success in the process of folding a napkin so as to enhance students’ innovative ability and aesthetic taste. Therefore, the theme of “Integrated Napkin” was established so that students can further understand that napkin flowers can not only embellish the dining table, beautify the surface, and heighten the atmosphere, but also be an art and a kind of Chinese and Western culture product.
