宁波市医科所和上海市高血压研究所近来研究了调微Ⅰ号(由茛菪类药的天然生物硷组成)对细胞膜钙泵的影响。19例原发性高血压病人用药前停服各种降压药,口服调微Ⅰ号,每日12～15片,共2周,测定用药后基础和激发状态的红细胞膜钙—镁ATP酶的活性,发现用调微Ⅰ号后钙泵活性显著提高(P<0.001),收缩压和平均压变化不大,但舒张压降低明显(P<0.05)。提示调微Ⅰ号可加快细胞内钙离子转运出细胞的速率,使细胞内游离钙浓度降低,血管肌细胞松弛。研究中还观
