国务院关于暂停企业评优升级活动的通知发出后,邮电部积极贯彻,对此,一些管理部门的同志认为眼下企业管理已无事可做。为此,笔者谈几点粗浅认识和想法。国务院作出暂停企业评优升级活动,目的是为了使企业经营者和管理者集中精力抓好生产经营和企业管理,评优升级暂停绝不是企业管理工作暂停,而是要求把企业管理工作做得更加扎实,更有实效。
