为了进一步加强管理,提高期刊质量,经《海洋预报》编委会提议,主办单位研究同意,增补吴强同志担任《海洋预报》副主编。吴强同志基本情况如下:吴强,男,1960年生,山东威海人,中共党员,研究生学历,硕士学位,工程技术带头人,现任国家海洋局东海分局局长。
In order to further strengthen the management and improve the quality of the periodicals, upon the proposal of the editorial board of “Ocean Forecast”, the organizer has studied and agreed to add Comrade Wu Qiang as the deputy editor of “Ocean Forecast”.
