1.结构原理自动润滑系统原理和定量阀结构如图所示。油泵1打出的油经卸荷阀3的左端,推挤锥形密封环右移,堵住卸荷油口M,压力油迫使锥形密封环N处向内收缩形成缝隙,油流越过缝隙进入初级润滑油路A,推挤定量阀的油门7左移,当与C面接触时,油门7D处收缩变形形成缝隙,油流越过缝隙进入F腔,推动活塞8左移,将存在G腔的油经H孔挤入次级润滑油路B,流向润滑点。当活塞8接触Y端面排油停止完成了第一次润滑。此时初级润滑油路A压力逐渐
