目前我们采用的小学五年制教材,无论深度和份量,对于一个刚入学的六、七岁的孩子来说,都是较难的。老师们普遍反映教学任务过重,教学时间不够用。特别是一年级以识字教学为重点,识字量过大,巩固率很低。教到一年级第二学期,每课生字少则七、八个,多则一、二十个,学生越学越吃力。我想了一些办法,都未奏效。后来我采取了预习的办法,调动了学生的学习积极性,提高了学生的自学能力。通过对比测试,预习后的识字巩固率比预习前提高了30%,达到了95%以上。我的具体作法是:
