我厂广大职工在“鞍钢宪法”指引下,大搞技术革新,努力改变生产条件,在学习兄弟单位先进经验的基础上,坚持反复实践,大胆创新,试验成功了精密切割新工艺。生产实践证明,精密切割具有切割速度高、工件变形小、工件表面光洁度高等特点。我厂焊接车间已在全部靠模切割机上采用精密切割工艺。原来气割后需经车、铣、刨削加工的内燃机车、柴油机板件,采用精密切割后,其尺寸精度和表面光洁度均能达到图纸要求,可不再进行加工,从而大大提高了生产效率,缩短了生产周期,节约了原材料消耗。目前,我厂已有十一种零件采用精密切割工艺,并投入正常生产。

Production practice has proved that precision cutting with high cutting speed, workpiece deformation small, high surface finish of the workpiece. I plant welding workshop has been in all rely on die cutting machine using sophisticated cutting technology. The original gas cutting by the car, milling, planing processing of diesel locomotives, diesel engine parts, the use of precision cutting, the dimensional accuracy and surface finish can meet the drawings, can no longer be processed, thus greatly improving the production efficiency and shorten The production cycle, saving raw material consumption. At present, our factory has eleven kinds of parts using precision cutting technology, and put into normal production.
