目的:分析我院麻醉药品及一类精神药品的临床应用情况,为临床合理使用提供依据。方法:通过微机管理及麻醉药品及一类精神药品专用帐册进行统计和分析。结果:我院麻醉药品及一类精神药品用量呈逐年上升趋势,吗啡制剂用量及用药频率呈逐年上升趋势,哌替啶注射剂和三唑仑片呈逐年下降趋势。结论:我院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品使用基本合理,但也存在一些不足。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application of narcotic drugs and psychoactive drugs in our hospital and provide the basis for clinical rational use. Methods: Statistics and analysis were conducted through computerized management and narcotic drugs and a special category of psychotropic drugs. Results: The dosage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in our hospital increased year by year. The dosage of morphine and the frequency of medication showed an increasing trend year by year. The pethidine injection and triazolam tablets showed a declining trend year by year. Conclusion: The use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable, but there are some shortcomings.
