舍格林氏综合征(SS)是一种主要累及涎腺和泪腺等外分泌腺的自身免疫性疾病,可单独发生(原发性SS)或同时合并结缔组织疾病和自身免疫紊乱(继发性SS)。由于直到目前为止仍无一被大家公认的较好之判断标准,加之该病表现多样化,造成漏诊、误诊,使该病曾被误认为是一种罕见之疾病。近来资料表明SS的发病率接近甚至超过类风湿关节炎,而后者发病率高达1%~3%。
Sjogren’s Syndrome (SS) is an autoimmune disease that mainly affects the exocrine glands such as the salivary gland and lacrimal gland and may occur either alone (primary SS) or concurrent with connective tissue disorders and autoimmune disorders (secondary SS ).
