利用“中学教师工作满意调查问卷”采取分层随机抽样的方法,随机抽取了西藏9所中学的400名中学教师进行了问卷调查。采用描述统计分析方法对该地区中学教师总体工作满意做了研究;采用T值显著性检验分析,以考察不同背景因素的西藏汉藏中学教师在工作满意各层面和总体工作满意方面的差异。在调查研究的基础上得出了一系列结论并提出了建议。
A questionnaire survey was conducted using 400 middle school teachers from 9 middle schools in Tibet randomly using the “Secondary School Teachers Satisfaction Questionnaire” and “stratified random sampling”. The descriptive statistical analysis method was used to study the overall job satisfaction of middle school teachers in this area. The significance test of T value was used to examine the differences in the levels of job satisfaction and overall job satisfaction among Tibetan-Tibetan middle school teachers with different background factors. Based on the investigation and research, a series of conclusions and suggestions are made.
