商品房预售制度对于国内房地产业发展起着加速资金周转、提高资金使用效率、降低开发成本的重要作用。但是,商业银行在其中扮演着重要的风险承担着的角色,本文研究了商业银行在预售制度下所面临的风险,并提出了风险防范的政策建议。
The pre-sale system for commercial housing plays an important role in accelerating the flow of funds, improving the efficiency of capital utilization and reducing the cost of development for the development of the domestic real estate industry. However, commercial banks play an important risk-taking role in them. This paper studies the risks that commercial banks face under the pre-sale system and puts forward policy suggestions on risk prevention.
