目的:了解某医院护理人员幸福感的现状以及影响护理人员总体幸福感的因素。方法:某公立医院在岗护理人员作为调查对象,采取普查的抽样方法,发放问卷201份。采用SPSS 17.0软件对收集的数据资料进行统计分析。结果:护理人员总体幸福感得分在39~113分之间,平均为(79.40±14.51)分,护理人员总体幸福感的主要影响因素有职工类别因素和工龄因素。结论:该医院护理人员总体幸福感较强,但仍有提升空间,护理管理者应该多关注在编的护理人员和工作年限大于3年的护理人员,有针对性地采取相应措施和管理对策,从而提高其幸福感指数,提高工作效率。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the current situation of well-being of nursing staff in a hospital and the factors that affect the overall happiness of nursing staff. Methods: A public hospital nurses on duty as a survey object, to take a census sampling method, issuing 201 questionnaires. Data collected by SPSS 17.0 software were used for statistical analysis. Results: The score of overall happiness of nurses was between 39 and 113, with an average of (79.40 ± 14.51) points. The main factors influencing general well-being of nurses were employee type and length of service. Conclusion: The hospital nurses generally have a strong sense of well-being, but there is still room for improvement. Nursing managers should pay more attention to nurses and nurses who have more than three years of working life, and take corresponding measures and management measures accordingly. Thereby increasing their happiness index, improve work efficiency.
