目的分析2013年吉林省食源性疾病监测工作中采集的患者粪便标本分离出的沙门菌的基因型别,探讨吉林省内流行的沙门菌的不同基因型别分布和同源关系。方法将收集的66株沙门菌进行plug制备、裂解、限制性内切酶Xba I酶切,脉冲场凝胶电泳,利用Bio Numerics 6.0软件对凝胶图谱进行聚类分析。结果根据聚类分析结果,将66株沙门菌分成19个群,总体相似度为53.2%。全省流行基因型别以17群最多(21株),总体相似度为85.4%;其次为7群(8株),相似度为94.8%;再次为12群(7株),相似度为87.3%。吉林省内4个地区(通化、松原、辽源和延边)主要流行17群,2个地区内亦流行12群,其他地区间存在不同差异。结论 2013年吉林省食源性沙门菌基因型别具有高度同源性,同一克隆菌株在相同地区内流行,亦在不同地区间交叉流行。
Objective To analyze the genotypes of Salmonella isolated from stool specimens collected from the monitoring of food borne diseases in Jilin Province in 2013 and to explore the different genotype distribution and homology of Salmonella in Jilin Province. Methods Sixty-six strains of Salmonella were collected and purified by plug, digested with restriction endonuclease Xba I and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. The gel profiles were analyzed by Bio Numerics 6.0 software. Results According to the results of cluster analysis, 66 strains of Salmonella were divided into 19 groups with overall similarity of 53.2%. The most popular genotypes of the province were 17 groups (21 strains) with overall similarity of 85.4%; followed by 7 groups (8 strains), with a similarity of 94.8%; again 12 groups (7 strains) with similarity of 87.3 %. There are 17 major groups in 4 regions (Tonghua, Songyuan, Liaoyuan and Yanbian) in Jilin Province, 12 in the two regions, and there are differences in other regions. Conclusion The genotypes of food-borne Salmonella in Jilin Province in 2013 are highly homologous. The same clonal strain is endemic in the same area and is also endemic in different regions.
