高能球磨制备了Fe-Ni-Si三元系合金,利用X射线衍射仪研究了球磨过程中的相变行为,计算了晶粒尺寸。结果表明,经36h球磨可形成α-Fe(bcc)和γ-Fe(fcc)两相混合纳米晶固溶体,继续球磨,过饱和α相逐渐分解并向γ相转化,72小时后可得单相γ-Fe纳米晶固溶体。
The Fe-Ni-Si ternary alloy was prepared by high energy ball milling. The phase transformation behavior during ball milling was investigated by X-ray diffraction. The grain size was calculated. The results show that the mixed nanocrystalline solid solution of α-Fe (bcc) and γ-Fe (fcc) can be formed by ball milling for 36 h, and then continue to be milled. The supersaturated α phase is gradually decomposed and transformed into γ phase. γ-Fe nanocrystalline solid solution.
